Choosing an attorney for a Suffolk County criminal defense, DWI or personal injury matter is a decision that could impact the rest of your life. It is imperative that you do your research and consider an attorney’s credentials, prior results and recognition among the Bar. For over 20 years, Suffolk County clients have been choosing our attorneys to represent them for just those reasons.
Our attorneys are former prosecutors, each with more than 20 years of experience handling criminal law, DWI and personal injury cases. In those years, we have amassed an extensive profile of successful results for our clients through trials and settlements. Please visit our Case Results page to see some recent examples of our work.
Our lead attorney, Michael Elbert, has been recognized as one of Suffolk County’s Top Criminal, DWI and Personal Injury attorneys by organizations such as The National Advocacy for DUI Defense, National Academy of Criminal Defense Attorneys, Avvo.com and the New York Times Super Lawyers List.
We understand that a legal problem can be a frightening and confusing experience for the typical person which is why we are always available to our clients and make it a priority to keep them informed. Most importantly, we will listen to your side of the incident, your circumstances and any other issues relevant to the case. We believe an attorney’s role should be to provide options, render advice and allow the client to make an informed decision rather than telling them how to proceed.
Please take advantage of a free consultation where we will assess your case and individual circumstances, discuss your options and provide you with a strategy to achieve the best results possible through trial, plea bargain or settlement.
